What's Covered

For 1 year from the date you receive your wand, we cover:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • A device that stops working as intended due to a manufacturing fault

If something's wrong, we'll repair or replace it.

What's Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Accidental damage, drops, or misuse
  • Use outside the instructions, or unauthorized repairs
  • Lost or stolen devices

How to Make a Claim

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue (photos help)

We'll walk you through repair or replacement.
